Superintendent’s Feasibility Committee - Purpose and Process
The District Governing Board asked Dr. Hagerman to assess the district’s needs in relation to the educational program and school facilities. Dr. Hagerman has formed a Superintendent's Feasilbity Committee. The committee will be asked to make a recommendation to the Superintendent regarding possible local funding initiatives.
The committee includes representatives of all community stakeholder groups, including district parents, students, teachers, staff members and at-large community residents. Recommendations were made by school and district administrators for committee participation, and those recommendations were utilized in an effort to create a balanced committee representing members of each school stakeholder group.
We anticipate four evening meetings, culminating in a Superintendent Report to the Governing Board in April/May, 2018. Meetings will be open to public observation. Public questions and/or comments may be submitted to the committee via writing on forms which will be provided.
