Head Coach - Mark Stevens

Coach Stevens is a dedicated high school softball coach with a passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field. With over two decades of coaching experience, Mark has had the privilege of guiding aspiring softball players to excellence at all levels, most recently at Catalina Foothills High School where his squad won a state title. He has led his teams to championships and instilled values of teamwork and sportsmanship in his players. Mark's coaching philosophy centers on fostering a culture of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement. He firmly believes that athletes thrive when they are inspired to work together, constantly challenging themselves to become better both on and off the field. His coaching approach is not just about winning games; it's about shaping well-rounded individuals who carry the lessons learned in softball into all aspects of their lives. As a coach, his commitment is unwavering, and his passion for the sport is contagious. Coach Stevens is dedicated to empowering athletes to reach their full potential and helping them achieve their goals in softball.

Coach Tracey Lisacki

Assistant Coach - Tracey Lisacki

Coach Tracey Lisacki grew up playing softball in Tucson for the local little league. She went on to play club and carried 3 National Titles between the 16U/18U divisions. She lettered in Softball and Golf at Sabino High School. Still active in the softball community, Tracey volunteers as a coach for Tanque Verde Fastpitch and formerly served as President for the past two years. As a TVHS teacher, she looks forward to being part of the softball community and helping the Hawks succeed in all phases of the game.

Coach Isabel Pacho

Assistant Coach - Isabel Pacho

Coach Izzy Pacho has been a part of the Tucson Softball community her whole life. She played for Sunnyside Little League, went to Ironwood Ridge High School, and she played club ball for the Oro Valley Suncats. Izzy graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and finished her softball career at the University of Arizona this past year. She is now focused on coaching, giving lessons, and hosting clinics for Tucson softball players. She is so excited for this upcoming season and can't wait to help get these Hawks a championship!
