Enrollment for IN-DISTRICT Families
District Resident Information
Students enrolling who live within the Tanque Verde Unified School District:
If you live/move into our district, stop by the school at any time during the school day to enroll. During scheduled school breaks, please call the school or check the school website for temporary school office hours and information.
1. Fill out an Enrollment Packet & Course Request Form
Enrollment packets are available at each of our school offices.
2. Bring with you
Certified copy of Birth Certificate
Proof of Immunization Records
Parent/Guardian State Issued ID (i.e.: AZ Drivers License)
Proof of District Residence (i.e.: Tax card, Closing or Rental Papers)
Proof of Arizona Residence (i.e.: AZ Drivers License, Utility Bill)
Withdrawal paperwork from previous school
When all of the forms are completed, return the completed enrollment packet to the school office with all the supporting documentation. Be sure to bring all required documents and forms at the time of your enrollment to prevent any delays.
Once a new student is enrolled, registration information will be provided.
